"I thought it really hard at her?"

"Daniel. That's dumb. I know you know that's dumb but it bears repeating. Just pick a time and semi-private place and talk about it."

"It's not that easy. She's...I don't want her to think I'm pushing her."

[weatherornot]

"She also might think you don't find her attractive that way. And you can do it without pressuring her. Just tell her you care for her and find her attractive and that when you're both ready you want to become more physically intimate. That doesn't even have to mean sex at first."
